Hello everyone! Project Wellness will be doing a self discovery/journaling meeting Tuesday, April 15th, from 4:30-5:30PM in room BEH 119. In this meeting, we will be introducing the importance of self discovery and offering writing tools and prompts to faciliate mental well-being. You will get a FREE Project Wellness journal if you go!
